We’re looking for motivated and highly curious recent graduates to join our AMGEN Capability Center Portugal - where innovation and excellence meet smart business.

We're recruiting interns for the following key areas:
**Management & Admin Internship**

You will support the broader contract management and meeting coordination functions:

- ** Administrative and Operational Support**
- Create HCP suppliers in the Supplier app
- Participate in team meetings
- Support Cross-Border activities
- ** Documentation and Compliance**
- Drafting or reviewing basic contract templates under supervision.
- Perform quality check of events
- ** Learning and Development**
- Participate in onboarding and training sessions.
- Learn about internal systems like C3 Redesign, Supplier app, SAP, Workday and Learning Hub.
- Understand the basics of contract lifecycle management and meeting logistics.

For this position you will need:

- Fluent French speaker (mandatory)
- Attention to detail
- Good written and communication skills
- Administrative profile
- Comfortable with structured, process-driven work
- Used to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
- Computer literacy

**Learning & Development Internship**

You will support the team in different areas such as:

- Supporting and improving our **global onboarding experience**for new hires
- Coordinating schedules, communications, and feedback for onboarding sessions
- Assisting in the **rollout of impactful L&D initiatives**- from soft skills workshops to internship programs
- Managing content and courses on our **Learning Management System (LMS)**
- Helping **launch global learning campaigns**that reach hundreds of employees
- ** Tracking participation and analyzing data** to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with L&D and cross-functional teams on exciting, high-visibility projects
- ** Contributing ideas, energy, and creativity** to a small, agile, and supportive team

For this position you will need:

- Fluent english speaker (mandatory)
- Communication skills
- Proactiveness
- Criativity (good to have)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (specially ppt and excel)
- Demonstrate resilience and focus in high-volume task environments
