**The Position**:
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Team Manager to manage a multilingual HR Employee Services team in Lisbon. Into this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring team performance, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with global HR processes and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR service specialists responsible for handling general HR inquiries through the HR case management system.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality services are delivered in line with established policies, service levels and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective workload distribution and resource planning to support consistent service delivery and maintain alignment with internal service expectations and operational priorities.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive employee queries.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR service delivery, propose solutions, and support the implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers to align support processes, policies, and HR tools, while contributing to the achievement of HR objectives.
- Facilitate team onboarding, training, and skill development to ensure knowledge consistency and continuous growth.
- Track and analyze HR service metrics to inform operational decisions, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives and internal service standards.

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, supporting multiple countries.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems; experience with ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages is a plus.
