- You can plan, organize, prioritize and communicate with all the teams involved in the delivery of complex product features.
- You are capable of achieving buy-in from C-level and powerful stakeholders
- You have managed a portfolio of concurrent delivery projects, working with a technical team
- Ensure delivery of major milestones, and help technical teams to prioritize them
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills to express ideas

**What would I be doing?**
- Leading day-to-day communication with our clients.
- Management of project timelines and task assignments.
- Working with the team to develop deliverables on time; adjust timeline and Client expectations as needed in coordination with the product team.
- Quality control of all presentations - ensure all client needs/feedback is addressed, free from typos, etc.
- Interfaces with executive level management on a regular basis
- Presents project status and issues to executive-level personnel through formal and informal channels.
- Identifies and incorporates change management activities into their project delivery planning.
- Coordinate the activity of internal and external teams to deliver the solutions required
- Manages the team involved in the process indirectly as needed to ensure the success of the project.
- Responds to identified systems and organizational needs in a proactive manner
- Communicate with stakeholders to perform project status updates. Be able to engage directly to provide a clear and articulated description of the current project status, risk, and concerns.
- Maintains a high level of commercial awareness to ensure all projects are continually aligned to the changing business needs.

**Your experience has been shaped by**:

- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Remote collaboration capabilities.
- Fluent English level (Spanish is a nice to have)
- Product management expertise: building product strategies, operationalizing product metrics and building business cases.
- Experience working with Project Manager tools
