**Your mission will be**
- ** Strategy Development and Implementation**:
- Define and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive strategic initiatives across IT, OT, and PSS domains
- Develop and maintain the global cybersecurity operating model for SFS
- Support the CCSO in strategic decision-making and direction setting
- ** Governance and Program Management**:
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks
- Lead cybersecurity program management and oversight
- Coordinate and run cybersecurity boards and committees
- Drive implementation of governance processes across business units
- ** Budget and Resource Management**:
- Develop and manage cybersecurity budgets
- Oversee resource allocation for strategic initiatives
- Monitor and report on program financials
- Evaluate and propose investments in cybersecurity capabilities
- ** Continuous Improvement**:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cybersecurity processes
- Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring program effectiveness
- Identify and implement best practices across the organization
- Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements
- ** Partner Management**:
- Represent cybersecurity interests in committees
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators
- Coordinate with business units and country organizations
- Support communication of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management

**We are looking for someone with**
- ** Education**- Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Advanced certifications in project management or cybersecurity governance (e.g., CGEIT, CISM) highly welcome
- ** Experience & Skills**- Long-term experience in cybersecurity with focus on strategy and governance
- Proven track record in program management and strategic planning
- Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks
- International business experience is welcome
- Proficient understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
- Knowledge of IT, OT, and PSS security requirements
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies
- Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies
- ** Ways of working**- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Strong partner and relationship management capabilities are helpful
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams
