In this instance, we are on the lookout for a/an **Site Manager**.

**Location**:
**Sines, Portugal**

**Work Modality**:
Site-based.

**Main Functions**:
Coordinate and establish strategic relationships with local authorities, clients, business partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Act as a liaison between project management and government entities, particularly the Ministry of the Interior.

**Responsibilities**:
Quality assurance and control throughout all phases of the project.

Implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies.

Construction activities.

Subcontract administration.

Supervision of budget execution and cost control.

Planning and monitoring of construction schedules, as well as preparation of progress reports.

Coordination of field engineering, logistics, and material management at the worksite.

Supervision and management of the workforce, as well as site operations and business activities.

Coordination of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover phases.

Maintenance of optimal labor relations and liaison with local authorities.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.

Proven experience in EPCm projects and site management from an engineering perspective.

Must have held this position in at least 3 previous projects.

Fluent in English.
