‍‍ As an Internal Control Support at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Perform level 2 testing on LOD1 controls, which is critical for the Business and Support Function scopes as part of the 2025 Internal Control Testing Campaign.
- Issue LOD 2 Testing reports using provided templates and discuss and send test results to the Control Owner/Control Responsible, as well as to Risk Managers.
- Record test results in the Internal Control tool, upload associated reports, and if necessary, define an action plan with the Control Owner to improve controls and update the tool accordingly.
- Assist with routine Internal Control tasks such as defining LOD 1 controls, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and reporting.

About you
- Possess a Business School or University academic background.
- Have experience in control, risk management, and compliance, with knowledge of financial markets being advantageous.
- Are a self-starter, confident in your approach, with excellent analytical skills.
- Exhibit effective communication abilities with all levels of management, including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
- Are fluent in English.
