Para a nossa equipa de vendas estamos à procura de um/a Area Sales Manager SMB para portugal.

A missão principal será dirigir e supervisionar a atividade comercial e a equipa de vendas assignada para alcançar os objetivos de vendas do seu território, melhorando o nível de satisfação do cliente.

Entre as principais funções:

- Impulsar a venda de novas famílias, produtos e serviços nas suas equipas de trabalho, para aumentar o volume de negócio da empresa.
- Analisar e rever a atividade comercial, base de dados de clientes de cada pessoa da equipa, e o conjunto do território para identificar e propor áreas de melhoria, detetando novas oportunidades de negócio.
- Liderar as pessoas da sua equipa para contar com uma equipa motivada e profissional que garanta a execução dos objetivos. Implicando, seleção, acolhimento, formação, desenvolvimento, motivação e gestão do desempenho.
- Desenvolver a equipa assignada, tanto em aspetos técnicos como competências para alcançar o nível máximo de desempenho libertando todo o potencial interno.
- Preparar e realizar periodicamente OTOs individuais e reuniões da sua equipa, para guiar e orientar na direção do negócio.
- Validar a negociação dos delegados nos acordos que ultrapassam as margens e tarifas estabelecidas pelo departamento/empresa.
- Realizar acompanhamentos regulares com cada delegado(a) para visitar a rota do dia, medir o nível de motivação, cumprimento de MBP, assim como o suporte necessário nas visitas a clientes de elevada complexidade ou maior potencial.

Qualificações e habilidades:

- Valorizamos Licenciatura Universitária (Ciências da Empresa ou similar)
- Formação contínua na direção de equipas de vendas e técnicas de motivação.
- Idiomas: Português avançado, Nível Médio de Castelhano (equivalente a um first certificate), Nível Médio de Inglês (equivalente a um first certificate)
- Nível de utilizador de pack MS Office
- Conhecimento de Redes Sociais
- Valorizam-se os conhecimentos de EPIs e MPS
- Experiência de 3-4 anos como líder de equipas de vendas, gerindo um grupo mínimo de 5-6 pessoas.
- Valoriza-se experiência em seleção e formação de equipas de vendas.
- Disponibilidade para viajar.
