**What is expected in this role**:

- Manage multiple international accounts across Europe;
- Prospect and onboard new suppliers to the B-Parts network;
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers;
- Support suppliers in your portfolio increase their sales;
- Assist suppliers in your portfolio improving their operational KPIs;
- Develop best practices across the Account Management function;
- Report directly to management;
- Support colleagues and work to employ best practice across the business.

**What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities)**:

- Proactive approach: goal-oriented with ease in establishing relationships;
- Sales experience managing customer accounts, ideally in a fast growth environment;
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (Tableau knowledge is a plus);
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Domain of computer skills (Office, proficiency in Excel);
- Fluency in Portuguese, English (mandatory);
- Fluency in another language is a plus.
