We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
**Your tasks**:

- You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients in the Dutch-speaking market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Provide information about digital products;
- Rerouting of issues to other departments.

**You only need**:

- Fluency in **Dutch**(must be at least C1) and communicative level of **English**(at least B2) are required.
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
- Be courageous and seize this opportunity

**Your rewards**:

- Full time contract
- **Salary without accommodation: 1359 euros gross / month**:

- **Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company**in Lisbon) : 1100 euros gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

**For part-time**:

- **30 hours**: 866 Euro Gross per month
- **20 hours**: 577 Euro Gross per month

**IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**:

- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1100 euros gross
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration

Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required
