You will be working on behalf of a world-leading hotel group in hospitality, acting as a point of contact between the hotels and the customers to streamline and optimize the channels of exchange with the existing suppliers, new suppliers, existing customers, and new customers through an ergonomic and dynamic platform. You will develop valuable business skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how inside the hospitality industry. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Back-office Support for a hospitality group, you will: - Proudly provide excellent customer service by providing information about products or services, taking or entering orders, canceling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints. - Being responsible for the administrative support to the financial area, ensuring that the policies, procedures, and activities instituted are executed in time, correct, and in an effective manner. - Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists. - Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet the defined specifications. What we are looking for As a Back-office Support for a hospitality group, you will act as a bridge between the hotels and the suppliers to provide information requests, provide support, and follow through with complaints B2B. We’ll be a great match if you: - Native or Proficient in French (level C2) - Fluency in English (B2) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel. - Good communication skills. - Autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects. - Responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
