Main Responsibilities:

- Identify and drive process improvements through automation and optimization.
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Create functional specs and test plans in collaboration with key users.
- Support IT teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear project updates.

**Profile**

**Profile**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Solid technical understanding (automation experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with the banking sector and/or Lean Six Sigma (nice to have).
- **Proficiency in English** (French is a bonus).
- Comfortable using standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

(**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **PORTO** per week)
