**Job Description**:

T**he Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to HR Corporate Director **and work together with the rest of companies of the group (department heads) to ensure that all the business have the right and qualified people on board.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the sourcing, screening and hiring of all on company roles for Pluris Group. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process;
- Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives;
- Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners;
- Create a talent pool and get people in the door while having a fantastic experience;
- Creating and updating job descriptions together with the department heads;
- Working with multiple talent placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process on certain roles when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Finished studies with focus on HR or comparable education;
- At least 3+ years’ Recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality;
- General knowledge of HR processes;
- Highly developed communication skills;
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Proficiency in MS Office products and similar software;
- Knowledge in SmartRecruiters is a plus;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends.
