Within Natixis in Portugal Control Tower, the Compliance Controller is a critical role, responsible for supporting the oversight and monitoring of key compliance functions and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role focuses on managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinating Reception Committee activities, monitoring Oversight Committees, overseeing responsibilities related to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and Outsourcing Key Function Holders, and contributing to the maintenance of the Internal Governance framework.

**Main tasks and goals**:

- Experience with SLA management
- Committee governance
- Knowledge in OKFH
- Knowledge in DORA
- Outsourcing oversight
- Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ** Fluency of English mandatory; good level of French is a plus.**:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
