Our **Opportunity-to-Cash** business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more

**Your mission will be**
- Support in the management of SharePoint site ensuring it is visually appealing, intuitive, and regularly updated.
- Support in the design and implement innovative layouts, navigation structures, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal branding, accessibility, and security standards.
- Support in the development of engaging training materials, including tutorial videos, walkthroughs, and quick guides tailored to different user groups.
- Maintain a library of training resources on the SharePoint site, ensuring content is easy to find and up to date.
- Use creative tools and techniques to simplify complex processes and improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with SharePoint capabilities and digital communication trends to propose enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and integration with other tools.
- Act as the point of contact for SharePoint-related queries and feedback.
- Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders to assess site performance and training effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and change management efforts through effective communication and training.

**We are looking for someone with**
- Strong skills in SharePoint design, content management, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
