**Job Description and Requirements**Main responsibilities: Campaign & Web Operations**
- You'll also analyze and report on campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
- Your expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo, will be invaluable as you guide the creation of marketing campaigns across channels.
- You will design, construct, and execute web content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring governance at each stage.

- You demonstrate flexibility, creative problem-solving, and the ability to interact effectively with different levels of management and personality styles.
- You're comfortable meeting with clients and team members to discuss requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and measure success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field is highly desirable.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; Marketo experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in campaign marketing across channels.
- Hands-on experience with a web CMS preferred; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management systems such as Zendesk, Jira, Workfront, or Wrike is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones.
