Kyc Data Team Lead

About the job
- The KYC Team Leader primary focus is to manage a KYC Data Officers team in organising the team activity, ensuring quality and that all operational activities are in accordance with KYC (Know Your Client) and internal procedures. The Team Leader is also accountable for contributing actively to the implementation and success of initiatives that promote organisation, efficiency and team spirit.

Your Main Activities Are
- Manage team’s organisation and performance, work prioritization and planning as well as support team members
- Manage the relationship with key onshore stakeholders and that issues are escalated to the appropriate level of Management.
- Oversee team’s daily production overview, prepare and follow up team members training plans
- Ensure that KPIs are in place and and that quality targets are reached
- Responsible for regular reporting on the activity
- Participate in reviewing of KYC procedures and contribute to activity optimization and projects

Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Law, Business Management or similar areas
- Professional experience in Compliance, Banking and Financial Operations or similar role
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a transversal environment and collaboration across different teams, departments and clients
- Ability to deliver results with precision and rigorousness
- Capacity to develop others and improve skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
