WHO WE ARE

Leonteq is a Swiss fintech company with a leading marketplace for structured investment solutions. Based on proprietary modern technology, the company offers derivative investment products and services, primarily covering the capital protection, yield enhancement, and participation product classes. Leonteq acts as both a direct issuer of its own products and as a partner to other financial institutions. Leonteq holds an investment grade rating from Fitch Ratings Ltd. and Japan Credit Rating Agency Ltd., which have evaluated and assigned ratings to Leonteq AG and Leonteq Securities AG, respectively. The company also has ESG ratings from MSCI and Sustainalytics.

Leonteq is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: LEON), regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Authority FINMA, and is a member of the Swiss Structured Product Association.

Founded in 2007, Leonteq now has offices and subsidiaries in 13 countries, serving over 50 markets. The company employs over 500 professionals from more than 50 nationalities, fostering a young, dynamic, and diverse workforce. The Portugal branch, opened in October 2021, supports business growth with up to 100 roles across the value chain.

**About the role**:

**What you'll do**:

- Manage structured products documentation and issuance process
- Draft issuance documents and reports, including legally binding documentation, in collaboration with trading, structuring, middle office, sales, legal & compliance, and external partners
- Set up products in risk and trading systems
- Manage daily lifecycle and corporate actions
- Maintain website publications related to products
- Participate in and manage projects

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor and/or master's degree in finance or economics
- Practical experience in structured products and/or OTC derivatives
- Basic knowledge of financial derivatives and structured product payoffs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Initiative, team-oriented, and communicative personality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in German and/or English; French and/or Italian skills are a plus
- Good IT skills, especially in Excel
