- What you’ll do:
- Act as the point of contact for all internal and external duties related to the office (maintenance, mailing, cleaning, procurement, finance, catering, and other suppliers)- Oversee the organization and smooth operation of the office- Plan and coordinate monthly and quarterly office activities- Collaborate with HR, Comms, and other internal stakeholders, as well as external suppliers, to plan events, conferences, meetings, and other office activities- Welcome and support external visitors- Coordinate with IT on all office equipment, maintenance, and related needs- Respond to employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, coffee machines, alarms)- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to keep office operations running smoothly- Supervise facility management contracts, service providers, and office supply inventory
- What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in Office Management or Administrative roles- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role- +2 years of experience as an Office Manager in software houses or digital companies is a plus- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while handling stakeholders’ expectations- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- C1/C2 English level- Strong operational focus and ability to stay calm under pressure- Team player with passion for the company’s mission and goals
