**About Us**: We are TRIB3; a multi-boutique brand bringing people together worldwide through next-level HIIT workouts and Pilates Reformer experiences. We do this through our family of studios, our team, franchise partners and global fitness community. Every member of the TRIB3 Global team plays a vital role in our mission to build a global fitness community where anyone can belong.

**The Role**:As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for opening new studios across multiple regions and overseeing, managing, and driving operational performance and sales across regions. You will develop and maintain relationships with Franchise Partners, ensure operational excellence and lead initiatives that support regional growth, efficiency, and profitability. Fluency in both **English** and **Spanish** is required.

Key responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Franchise Partners, forging productive relationships and offering operational support to help them achieve their business goals.
- Manage regional operations, monitor and analyse studio performance, implementing action plans as needed, supporting Franchise Partners to set and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Franchise Partners, suppliers, and property teams to facilitate openings, providing hands-on support to ensure seamless onboarding and operational standards.
- Develop operational processes and policies to drive sustainable growth, collaborating with the Head of Operations to meet financial targets and network efficiency.
- Collaborate with the TRIB3 Global Marketing department to drive sales through targeted commercial strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency, ensuring adherence through brand audits and regular reviews.
- Develop, update, and maintain accessible operational documentation, including processes, best practices, and compliance.
- Oversee people development, including determining training needs, delivering training programs, and promoting positive a work environment.

**Experience**

The ideal Regional Operations Manager will have:

- 5+ years of management and leadership experience; demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.
- At least two years of industry experience, ideally within multi-site context.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
- Strong Microsoft package skills, specifically MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Applied strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

**The person**
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across multiple regions.
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
- A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing the TRIB3 and PILAT3S experience first-hand
