Our dedicated Enrichment Team, based at the Alfragide campus, ensures the smooth running and high quality of this program.- We are currently seeking a part-time Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and support the continuous improvement of our Enrichment Program.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for:
- Monitoring enrichment activities across all three campuses on a rotating basis, ensuring they meet the school’s high standards.
- Observing sessions and providing structured feedback to activity providers and coordinators.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending actions to enhance the student experience.
- Ensuring alignment with Park’s educational philosophy and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the Enrichment Team to refine program offerings and maintain operational excellence.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 18:00 (part-time).

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Fluency in Portuguese (as most activity providers are Portuguese companies).
- Conversational and written English skills (for communication within the school’s international environment).
- Experience in education, coaching, or extracurricular program supervision.
- A keen eye for quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, able to provide constructive feedback.
- A passion for enrichment activities and a commitment to student development.
