**German-speaking Customer Advisor in Portugal**
We are looking for Customer Care Advisors who want to grow their knowledge of online advertising and work for an innovative tech company in Lisbon.
**About the Company**:
Google Ads is an online advertising platform where users bid to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos to web users. It can place ads both in the results of search engines like Google Search and on non-search websites, mobile apps, and videos.
**The Profile**:
- You are fluent in German and proficient in English (B2).
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Keep meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and offer advice on their online advertising strategy.
- Understand the business goals of your clients and match the required online advertisement solutions.
- Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients.
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
