We are looking for an IT Business Analyst - French Speaker, who identifies with the following aspects: Key responsabilities: Model, propose, challenge new processes; Propose solutions and write detailed technical-functional specifications; Catalyst for communication between the business, BAs and technical team; Ensure an interface role between business teams and technical teams, understanding and harmonizing their needs; Carry out tests and/or support user tests. RequirementsMain skills: At least 5 years of practical knowledge in scope of business analysis area for IT solutions; Knowledge of MS Office, Quality Center and Jira tools; Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles/software implementation; Demonstrate great attention to detail while still articulating the "big picture”; Work collaboratively and effectively with diverse, multi-stakeholder groups; Experience on a project in Agile / Scrum mode; Autonomous, proactive, good communicator, able to manage several tasks at once, customer oriented; Good sense of service and a strong ability to adapt; Ability to learn and share knowledge; Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French; Full professional proficiency in English. Nice to have: Knowledge of life insurance in Switzerland is a big plus; Proficient in written and spoken Portuguese. Requirement: Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
