**What’s the job HUUBout?**
Product Managers act as the responsible for a product sub-line having the autonomy to create the best solutions for identified opportunities At HUUB by Maersk you will work within a sub-line of the product landscape and act as its owner. Meaning you will be accountable for finding world-class solutions, aligned with the strategic objectives, target key results of the company and the product vision. We expect a customer-centric and business oriented profile while having a deep technological understanding of the platform. Your mission is to drive your product roadmap ensuring solutions are quick to ship, scalable, and have market fit.

**What you’ll do**: Being a Product Manager at HUUB by Maersk is an exciting opportunity to be at the front line of a fast-pacedorganization where you will be continuously challenged. You will be involved in developing the most advanced supply-chain product for e-commerce. Together you’ll determine the roadmap for your product sub-line, deliver these solutions from conception to release, continuously shipping improvements to our customers. You will:

- Prioritization of key product iniciatives for product product sub-line roadmap
- Communicate regularly with customers and business stakeholders about product vision and opportunities
- Having deep knowledge of the problems being tackled through research and regular interaction with customers;understanding the competitive landscape; the evolving market needs; and frame those problems for the team
- Scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can
- Constantly evaluate if the solutions created have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta’s and after full release.
- Product Manager with a strong technical background
- Spec out solutions with engineers and lead product meetings
- Proactively identify, monitor, and solve issues using SQL and Python/R
- Always keep the flow going Make sure operations, development, and everything in between is working smoothly on a daily basis
- Analyse, prioritise, optimise, and repeat
- Responsible for KPIs of the product deliveries

**Who you are**:

- Customer centric mindset
- Capacity to deal with complex problems and create simple solutions
- Strong knowledge with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Direct, hands-on experienced with writing user stories, grooming product backlogs, and coordinating and prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- An analytical, curious and inquisitive mindset person when thinking about software products and user behavior
- Ability to adapt to change in complex team situations
- Drive, motivation and strong follow-through on tasks
- Sharp eye for detail
- An excellent self-starter who can collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
- An excellent communicator of product decisions and know the rationale behind them
- A person able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experiences in Product Management
- Previous experiences on Supply-chain or E-commerce projects

**Accountable for**:

- Accountable for achieving the OKRs of a sub-product line, by ensuring the creation and delivery of the product roadmap
- Accountable for a team of developers and designers throughout the scrum lifecycle
- Responsible for the technical implementation alongside with the Engineering team lead
