Support the day-to-day Maintenance Operations department by completing non-regulatory technical administrative tasks liaising with and supporting both internal and external customers to meet exacting business standards. The primary role includes the scheduling and coordination of service hub work orders and cleaning events, AOG parts requests and tasks associated with the cost control procedures related to Maintenance work orders.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

Planning and scheduling of service hub work order requirements maximizing the aircraft availability in collaboration with Flight Operations
- Plan, schedule, and release of the Aircraft Cleaning work orders for the daily operation liaising with vendors, crews, FBOs and Maintenance Operations for scheduled and ADHOC cleaning events.
- Co-ordinate and manage the applicable requirements for aircraft disinfection protocols to meet EASA, ANAC and NetJets requirements.
- Monitor and collect feedback received from cleaning vendors and crews on aircraft cleanliness standards to provide data to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are met.
- Support Operations request over the weekends and high demand periods to efficiently fulfil open Material Requests in RAMCO, ensuring that part request timeframes are adhered to, taking advantages of the service hub positioning to meet operational requirements.
- Liaise with the Spare Parts Coordinator any issues related to aircraft spare part support to the maintenance fleets.
- Track, monitor and verify Maintenance Work Order costs submitted to the Maintenance Work Order Approval (MxWoa) database by the Maintenance Service Centre's to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to approval according to the Approved Matrix to meet financial control requirements.
- Track & Monitor the open/closed Maintenance Work Orders in MxWoa to provide updates to Maintenance Management for analysis purposes.
- Support key Maintenance vendors who do not follow the online population of Maintenance Work Order costs, thus ensuring all data is captured and transferred to MxWoa for cost approval according to the Approved Matrix.

- Minimum of 2 years working in a Technical or Engineering field with related cost control experience an advantage;
- Knowledge of any of the following: EASA, ANAC, UK CAA and ICAO regulations and requirements are considered a positive factor;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
