Your new company

Company in the pharmaceutical industry, with a well-established position in the market of operation, nationally and internationally, intends to integrate in its structure an Corporate Operational Excellence Specialist (M/F), for Lisbon.

Your new role

Establishing annual plans for improvement in accordance with past performance and company strategic goals;
Leading, mentoring, facilitating or monitoring productivity or improvement initiatives across the organization;
Leading or supporting the definition and implementation of OpEx methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Lean, Problem Solving, Risk Management) designing the standards and the governance models of the methodologies; working closely with the Site OpEx promoting appropriate training and a close support on an early stage of implementation;
Establishing and monitoring transversal KPIs.

What you need to be successful

MSc in fields of Engineering, Science or Pharmaceutical;
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement;
Strong knowledge on Operational Excellence Methodologies including high level of proficiency on Problem Solving Tools and Risk Assessment Tools;
Experience in Project Management, Applied Coding - VBA, Excel, and in Statistical Process Control, will be valued;
Good communication skills - Portuguese & English;
Demonstrates a high level of problem solving and analytical skills;
Entrepreneur spirit and ambassador of innovation;
Availability to travel is mandatory.
