**We are now seeking a well-qualified and passionate English Teacher to join our team with with immediatly availability, on a temporary basis to cover a paternity leave. The contract will be for up to 4 months, with the possibility of renewal.**

A relevant university degree and recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)-
Experience teaching English at the secondary level (GCSE, A-Level, or IBDP)-
The ability to motivate and inspire students in a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment-
Strong classroom management skills and a clear commitment to high standards-
Confidence in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues-
A commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting a wide range of learning needs-
A passion for continuous professional development and a growth mindset-
Experience in or openness to contributing to school improvement initiatives-
