Sr. Global Technical Consultant

At Ecolab, we are currently looking for a **Sr. Global Technical Consultant **for our Life Sciences team in Portugal.
**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for providing technical consulting services that leverage company's intellectual property and assist the sales force in increasing account revenue.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to corporate accounts, field sales and customers in specific areas of expertise.
- Work alongside customers at their facilities to identify potential improvements to ensure regulatory compliance, improve product quality, identify safety and operational efficiency opportunities and implement risk mitigation steps to ensure patient (end use) safety.
- In addition, this role supports customer disinfectant efficacy validation by advising on methodology, test areas and experimental design.
- The role partners directly with sales to understand and meet customers' needs.
- Customers include pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing that require contamination control in sterile environments or production cleaning (CIP/COP) in nonsterile environments.
- May represent the company at industry events and customer sites by providing training or presenting research.
