We're looking for a Finance Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in optimising our finance operations, enhancing control frameworks, and driving efficiency across the business. This is a broad and high-impact role, touching every area of our global fintech and helping us deliver better outcomes for millions of customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Leading initiatives to build out dashboards for monitoring financial performance and key metrics.
- Driving automation efforts to streamline Finance processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing best practices across finance functions.
- Driving initiatives that improve finance team productivity
- Improving Finance control frameworks
- Accelerating integration of new initiatives into the finance ecosystem
- Collaborating with external auditor analytics experts to ensure seamless audit processes.
- Facilitating the exchange of information and data analysis to support audit requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulations while fostering a constructive relationship with auditors.
- Helping to build automated project management tools and dashboards to streamline the audit process.
- Building new finance tools based on functional requirements from finance teams
- Collaborating with software engineers to implement tool solutions

**What you'll need**
- A Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Economics from a top university with a minimum 2:1 grade
- 3+ years managing projects or change initiatives in consulting or financial services
- A focus on data analytics, assurance, or process improvement
- Proficiency in handling high-volume transaction datasets with working knowledge of SQL
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results with quantifiable business outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute work efficiently.
- Hands-on and positive attitude, with a willingness to tackle tasks ranging from manual processing to complex analytics projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects

**Nice to have**
- Proven ability to design and implement finance optimisation initiatives
- Including process improvements and target operating model design
- Demonstrated experience in managing system development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and go-live.
- Relevant program management qualifications such as Prince II or Lean Six Sigma certification.
