As a Sales Dashboard Trainee, you will design, create, and maintain data visualization dashboards that support the monitoring and evaluation of sales account teams. You will report to the Sales Operation Competence Center Manager and collaborate with other stakeholders in charge of data-driven decision-making.

In your new role, you will:

- **Design **and **develop **Sales dashboards **using **data visualization tools **such as Tableau Desktop;
- **Create visually appealing user-friendly dashboards **that effectively communicate key performance indicators metrics and insights related to the monitoring and evaluation;
- Support **data identification **, **retrieval **, **processing **, **cleansing **, **modeling **, and **publication **for **dashboards **;
- **Customize dashboards **to meet the specific needs of different programs and projects within the sales account teams;
- **Maintain **and **regularly **update **the published **dashboards **;
- Help with **continuous improvement and optimization of the dashboards **by enhancing performance and user experience;
- **Provide training and support to end-users **to ensure easy navigation and effective utilization of the dashboards.

**Your profile**

You have good communication skills and a structured and systematic working style. Besides, you are tech-savvy, demonstrate high-quality standards for your work, and are eager to develop your skills.

You are best equipped for this role if you:

- Have a **degree **in **Economics, Business Administration, Data Science **, **Software Engineering **, or a similar field;
- Possess **some basic understanding of Tableau Desktop **, and/or **programming Python **;
- Have a **good command of Microsoft Excel **;
- Are an **autodidact **person and a **digital know-native **;
- Enjoy **working in a team **;
- Have **fluency in English **. Knowledge of German is a plus.
