**About the job Fullstack - Senior**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work independently and in small teams to create the best product.
- Coach and enhance the skills of other engineering team members.
- Develop a scalable, stable, and user-friendly product for significant growth.
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining our client´s Apps.
- Operate effectively in a modern agile software engineering environment, including source code control, dev/stage/prod release cycles, extensive testing, and continuous deployment.
- Improve our client App usability and address technical issues promptly.

**Required Skills**:

- Background in software engineering.
- Passion for producing clean, standards-compliant, and secure code.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies: Python, Rust, or.Net.
- Proficiency in SQL databases like MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in automation, unit testing, and integration testing.
- High-level programming skills, capable of producing quality, maintainable, efficient, reliable, and secure code.
- Good written and spoken English.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with Git, Firebase, No-SQL, and ElasticSearch.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment).
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proficiency in other languages like Kotlin, Elixir, Java, Python.
- Experience in working with a globally distributed team.
- Familiarity with Agile/Kanban development methodologies.
