**About the Job**
- As a trainee, the missions are quite diverse from assisting and supporting the other front office members in their day-to-day activity to accompany automation and transformation projects

**Your Main Activities**

Post-Trade Tasks
- Finalize booking of Traded deals
- Interact with all internal stakeholders and clients regarding any traded deal

Pre-Trade Tasks
- Interact with Sales to finalize Clients’ on-boarding
- Complete trade approval process with necessary channels prior to initiating trade

Pricing & Execution of Client’s requests about Structured Products and Derivatives
- Price (or liaise with Structuring to price) requested products

Digitalization / Transformation
- Continuously escalate feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow
- Active contribution to the development of the Bank's tools to enhance pre-trade as well as post-trade processes and systems

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Master's in Finance, Engineering or Economics

Interest in Financial Markets (with focus in Derivatives and Structured Products)

Knowledge of Python and VBA

Proeficient in Office pack (Excel and Powerpoint)

Fluent in English and French

**About the Team**

The Lisbon-based Structured Products Sales Team is part of a global sales workforce in charge of selling tailor-made investments solutions (Structured Products and Derivatives Products) to clients used to trade standardized products on a reverse inquiry mode. Within a fast-paced and stressful environment, they are in charge of promoting the firm’s brand, products and services to existing clients. The range of products is large and will include both Equities or Fixed Income underlyings. Clients are diverse as well, and may range from large financial institutions to private and retail banks as well as smaller asset managers or family offices. On top of the main mission of managing the heavily operational day-to-day, they will also have to help the bank scale by focusing on automation and transformation projects

The team in Lisbon is organized in sub-scopes, each servicing different Sales desks across the different geographies of the Global Markets franchise. For this specific position, we are looking for someone that will work within the EMEA Distribution Team covering primarily the French and Luxembourg Markets
