You will be working on behalf of a world-leading hotel group in hospitality, acting as a point of contact between the hotels and the customers to streamline and optimize the channels of exchange with the existing suppliers, new suppliers, existing customers, and new customers through an ergonomic and dynamic platform. You will develop valuable business skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how inside the hospitality industry. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Billing Assistant for a hospitality group, you will: - Enter supplier invoices in the internal system - Follow-up of validations and preparation of payments. - Follow-up of works contracts and holdbacks. - Reconciliation of invoices at reception (equipment and services). - Follow-up and analysis of the supplier ageing balance. - Participation in closing work (inventory entries for the purchasing/supplier/stock/fixed asset cycles). - Support for quarterly/semi-annual/annual reporting of supplier turnover What we are looking for As a Billing Assistant for a hospitality group, you will act as a bridge between the hotels and the suppliers to provide information requests, provide support, and follow through with complaints B2B. We’ll be a great match if you: - Native or Proficient in French (level C2) - Fluency in English (B2) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel. - Good communication skills. - Autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects. - Responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
