We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.

We are looking for **Senior Business Analyst** to join our company in one of our projects, in **Lisbon**. **Senior Business Analyst** for Securities Finance Application. Responsible for requirements gathering, User Story production and functional testing.

**Tasks**:

- Write Comprehensive Functional Specifications: Craft detailed functional specifications to guide the development and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements;
- Drive Testing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability;
- Provide User Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Financial Markets: Strong understanding of financial markets and its basic instruments. Specific knowledge of securities finance is highly valued;
- Proficiency in PL/SQL: Demonstrated expertise in PL/SQL, namely efficient data retrieval and manipulation;
- Experience with Agile Methodology: familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including participation in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence;
- Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and end-users;
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to address them effectively;
- Client-Focused Mindset: A customer-centric approach to understanding user needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience and drive business value.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid (60% remote and 40% office-based arrangement).
