**CRIT SEARCH**:

- Recruitment & Selection recruits **CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER **(W/M) for a client in **LISBON**.

**Job description**:

- Manage the payment of their benefits;
- Manage calls from beneficiaries and health professionals: advise the clients on the coverage they have taken out and attend them on a daily basis in their care.
- Administrative management: contract life management: contracts, registration, cancellation and collection of contributions; management of health benefits; recording of reimbursements, grounding of estimates, reimbursements issuing, etc. in accordance with internal procedures; management updates and documentations modification (contract, address, bank details, etc.).
- There is no prospecting or selling involved in this job.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree or graduation with or without experience in insurance;
- Bilingual: English and French;
- Appreciate teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good listener and respectable sense of customer service;
- Dynamic and enthusiastic person in work, methodical, rigorous and organized;
- Concerned achieving the objectives set: processing, quality, volumes and deadlines.

**Requirements**:
**Salary**:

- 1100 euros per month as of day one (for people who speak English + French + Portuguese, and/or Spanish);
- 1200 euros per month (for people who speak Dutch and /or German).

**Others benefits**:

- Quarterly bonus up to 180 euros (determined by the results of the company and team);
- Annual bonus based on recurring results up to 150 euros:

- Annual objective bonus at rate of 4% (variable depending on the achievement of objectives set by the manager);
- Transportation allowance = 35 euros per month
- Meal allowances = 8 euros per day work
- Free medical insurance for your family starting on the first day that contract is celebrated;
- Possibility of internal mobility (according to the eligibility criteria);
- Trainings every year;
- Telework charter: possibility of working remotely after 6 months of seniority within the group 2 days per week (up to 3 days for pregnant women or people who have a child under 8 years old);
- Kindly note that all the amounts are communicated in gross.

Working on Saturday and Sunday:

- Employee will have a contract from Monday to Sunday (based on the planning established by the manager). *Please see below the benefits

**Associated**:

- Saturday: payment 50 %
- Sunday: payment 50%
- Bank holidays: payment 100% + 1 day off
- Employees keep 2 consecutive days off when they will work during the weekend
- 40 hours per week

**Contract**:

- 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday /\
- Permanent contract in the Lisbon city centre
