Customer Support with Dutch Language in Porto

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
- **Efficient and fast online recruitment process**:

- Work on-site in **Porto**, Portugal

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **Dutch language (must be at least C2)**:

- Communicative level of **English language (at least B2)**:

- **You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate**:

- **Nice to have previous Customer Support experience**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**
- Full time contract
- **Base salary (gross)**: 1100€/month x 14
- **Health insurance**:

- **Relocation package**(from outside Portugal)

**Relocation package**:

- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
