This role is **support for a top European low-cost airline**connecting destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Known for affordable fares, flexible travel options, and reliable service, the airline serves both leisure and business passengers.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Manage bookings**:create, change, or cancel reservations
- **Handle complaints** and sensitive cases
- **Process tickets and back-office tasks**:

- **Give clear information** and helpful solutions

**Our expectations**:

**Main duties**:

- **Starting date: 16.10**:

- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan

- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
- Recruitment & hiring process is 100% online
- **Working schedule: Monday - Sunday 8:00-21:00 (40h per week, 5days per week)**

**Competitive salary and remuneration system**(incl. Meal allowance)
- **Basic salary:900€ gross per month**:

- **2 extra salaries per year**:

- Fixed project **bonus**: 80€ gross/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- Transport allowance - 20 €/month
- **Signing bonus: €2000 (**€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
