As a Senior Analyst on our Analytics team based in Lisbon, you’ll play a pivotal role in our agile and open-minded company. Whether you choose to work remotely or in our beautiful office, you’ll be part of a global team of analysts, spanning the world and bringing diverse expertise to the table.

What You'll Do
- Utilize your expertise in data analysis to generate insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Create appealing and impactful visualizations using Tableau or similar tools to effectively convey insights.
- Lead pipeline administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of data across systems and processes.
- Develop data products, including templates and a best practice guide, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for other analysts.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, bridging technical and non-technical realms to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Skills & Experience

General
- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst position, demonstrating a strong foundation in business intelligence, data analysis and insights generation.
- Strong expertise in data visualization, leveraging tools like Tableau, to create impactful visualizations and effectively communicate insights. Tableau experience is a requirement.
- Proficiency in SQL for efficient data querying, manipulation, and management to drive accurate and reliable analysis.
- Strong proficiency in working with large datasets in cloud environments, utilizing tools like Snowflake to handle and analyze data at scale.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to unravel complex patterns and derive meaningful insights from data.

Media
- Fluency with basic media concepts such as impressions, CPM, click-through rates (CTR) and viewability
- 1+ years at a publisher, media agency or ad technology provider
- Knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) and its data. Knowledge of Campaign Manager 360, Display Video 360, Google Analytics would be ideal.

This ensures that our analysts have access to a comprehensive toolkit to optimize their analytical capabilities.
