**What you’ll be doing**
We are looking for a **Junior Revenue Manager** to join Host Wise’s fast-growing Revenue Management team. This is a high-impact role for someone **analytical, autonomous, proactive and highly execution-driven**, who wants to grow quickly in a dynamic environment.
You will support the definition, execution and continuous improvement of Host Wise’s pricing strategy for more than **530 short
- and mid-term rental assets**. You will work closely with our Revenue team and report directly to the **Revenue Manager** and **CRO**. You will analyze data, implement pricing adjustments, monitor results, and help us push forward innovative and automated practices to maximize revenue and margins.
- Execute **daily, weekly and monthly pricing** **updates** and support the implementation of the 365-day pricing strategy;
- Prepare and maintain r**evenue dashboards and reports**, monitoring KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy and Pick-up;
- Analyze pricing tests, market data and competitor trends using tools like **PriceLabs, Airdna and Guesty**;
- Identify **anomalies**, **improvement** **opportunities** and data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue;
- Support the **creation** and **automation** of spreadsheets, dashboards and workflows to increase efficiency.
**Skills for the role**
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, data analysis, pricing or similar analytical roles;
- Strong command of **Excel/Google Sheets** (lookup functions, dashboards; macros is a plus);
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to interpret data and propose actions;
- Ability to work autonomously with high responsibility and ownership;
- Strong organization and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
**Preferred (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with PriceLabs, Airdna, Guesty or other RMS/PMS tools.
- Experience creating automated reports or dashboards (Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.).
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or short-term rentals.
