**The Position**

The **Senior Specialist, EUCAN Procurement Operations**:

- reporting to the Associate Director, EUCAN Procurement Operations Lead - will be responsible to drive Procurement Operations in support of the EUCAN region with focus on Spain, Portugal and Italy.

**Responsibilities**

Specifically, this role will include the responsibilities outlined below:

- The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities
- The operationalization of category-strategies
- The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs and guided-buying.
- The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets
- The management and improvement of the end to end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments)
- The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes
- The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up
- The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner
- The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Education: BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field.
- 7+ years Procurement working experience
- Strong market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Strong sourcing and contract
- Management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Creative, self-starter and bias for action.
- English & Portuguese language fluency
