HR Operations Trainee

As a HR Operations Trainee, you will be involved with:

- Support in administrative HR tasks (admissions, work contracts, salary alterations, legal documentation);
- Collaborate in the payroll process;
- Support in the management of IEFP trainees;
- Update and maintain the employee's database and reporting dashboards (headcount, turnover, costs, etc);
- Participation in the onboarding process, including documentation and integration of new joiners;
- Support in the management of the attendance system (monitoring schedules, vacations, absences and adaptability plans);
- Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external audits (documentation, evidence, compliance);
- Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;
- Knowledge on the work legislation and basic notions regarding payroll;
- Good knowledge in Excel and HR digital tools will be an asset;
- Good English skills (written and spoken);
- Good communication skills and team player attitude.
- Eligible to do an IEFP internship (mandatory).
