**About the position**:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects into leads and customers. Your expertise in inbound methodologies, content creation, and digital marketing will play a key role in driving our online presence and supporting the growth of our community and programs.

**What you will do**:

- Inbound Strategy: Support the development and implementation of innovative inbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and increase brand visibility;
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search traffic and website ranking;
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns using various channels;
- Marketing Automation: Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and ensure timely and relevant communication;
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide insights to optimize strategies;
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and other stakeholders to align inbound marketing efforts with overall marketing goals.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience as an inbound marketing specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the B2B;
- In-depth knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies and best practices;
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content;
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics;
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Fluent in English;
- Portugal based.
