Job Description Summary
The Head of Global Rewards & HR Systems plays a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the organization's reward programs and HR Information Systems. By strategically designing and implementing global compensation programs, overseeing HRIS functionalities, and ensuring alignment with business goals, the role directly impacts the attraction, retention, and engagement of talent. This contribution, coupled with efficient HRIS management, enhances organizational agility, data-driven decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
- Global Reward Strategy: Influence and drive global reward strategy including philosophy, governance, program design and communications that support short and long-term success of the organization.- Operational Leadership: Provide operational leadership in implementation, administration, and communication of our reward programs. Ensure the administration of various compensation programs are following established guidelines, processes, and procedures. Lead annual compensation processes including merit increase and bonus planning.- Market Competitiveness Analysis: Analyze reward programs to maintain market competitiveness and optimize ability to attract, retain and engage talents. Participate in salary surveys and utilize survey data to determine the necessity of structure shifts as well as ensuring the internal equity within the grade framework.- Compensation Advisory and Job Evaluation Oversight: Provide guidance regarding compensation issues including job evaluation, grading for new or evolving roles, promotion and out-of-cycle increases.- Strategic System Governance: Collaborate closely with HR community to drive key business initiatives through new or existing HRIS functionality. Exercise decisive oversight in defining system landscape and governance, evaluating proposed changes for enhancing system performance while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- User Experience Improvement: Actively bridge and enhance communication between users and the HRIS team with a shared objective to simplify, standardize and automate. Drive HRIS process enhancements to increase efficiency and improve usability. This includes new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionalities as well as integration of systems internally and externally. Promote utilization of metrics, dashboards and analytics to facilitate HR and business decision-making.- Team Optimization: Establish process to manage, track and document system enhancement and ad hoc requests. Manage workload and resources, including external services, ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Decision making
Typically, you are entrusted with evaluating, proposing and implementing changes to compensation programs, governance frameworks and system enhancements. This autonomy extends to overseeing team activities, managing projects and ensuring timely and quality delivery of HRIS solutions. Higher-level approvals are required for those related to significant budget allocations, strategic shifts, or major collaborations that have substantial financial or long-term implications.
