We are looking for an Application Support to join our team

Job Summary:
Application support in billing systems in the telecommunications business.

Qualifications/Key Skills:

- +3 years of Experience;
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science;
- Execution, follow-up/monitoring and analysis/optimization of Billing processes in the field of telecommunications;
- Analysis and resolution of errors in a production environment;
- Participation in Bill review processes and analysis of billing complaints;
- Billing systems, preferably in Netcracker/Geneva;
- Fluent written/spoken English;
- Knolage with SQL, Shellscript/PowerShell, Linux, Windows;
- Commitment, proactivity and Initiative;
- Available for prevention 1 or 2 weeks a month.
