Atlante Iberia Junior Project Manager

Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Position**:
In this fast-growing environment, you will oversee the **safe, efficient, and timely execution of charging station construction and/or installation projects.** While the actual execution will normally be subcontracted, you will contribute to the selection process and be responsible for **commercial **and **contractual negotiations **and for onboarding contractors.

You will oversee internal **planning**, **coordination**, **scheduling **of activities and budget assignation. You will supervise and oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ATLANTE’s policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments from beginning to end.

**Tasks**:

- Supporting Project Management Office in the management of one or more projects ensuring that they are processed correctly, according to the defined contractual conditions;
- Supporting the Project Manager in the organization of the entire project work and related tasks, ensuring that everything works as planned and that each business department performs the planned activities;

- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement etc.) and external consultants (lawyers, planning advisory etc.), directing and supervising their work ensuring timely receival of their deliverables and budget assignation of the activities;
- Ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget quality and project specifications;
- Developing and sustaining over time relationships with customers and suppliers involved in the project;
- Supporting the Purchasing Department for the procurement of the most relevant contract materials, both by collaborating in the definition of the contractual conditions and by maintaining the appropriate contacts with the suppliers. Collaborate in the selection process as required;
- Supporting PMO in the management of suppliers, subcontractors and key project stakeholders;
- Drawing up reports on the closing of the order, to capitalize and spread the results, solutions, and anything else necessary to increase effectiveness and efficiency in subsequent experiences.
- Verifying the requirements of subcontractors also in terms of safety and preparing the necessary safety measures for the site, with the support of the HSEQ manager;
- Actively contributing to growth and continuous improvement of Project Management Office.
- Actively contributing to business development process concerning project management topic.
- Proactively design processes and work methodologies which are digital, replicable, and scalable to the maximum extent possible
- Supporting PMO in the continuous monitoring of project management digital platforms and in the update of projects data
- Promote a culture of cost-effectiveness for the benefit of the end-users. Be quality and customer-experience obsessed.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture;
- At least 1 year of work experience as a project manager;
- We favour experienced profiles with previous experiences in e-mobility / EV charging projects AND/OR experience in managing execution of traditional petrol stations’ projects. Alternatively, experience in distributed renewables (e.g. rooftop solar etc) and/or energy storage projects would also be considered relevant;
- Knowledge of the Portuguese construction’s laws
- Experience in the use or development of digital Project Management platform is a plus (eg. Microsoft Project);
- Experience in the use of programs of architectural design is a plus (eg. Autocad) is considered a plus
- Be available for international travels;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), Knowledge of the Spanish language is considered a Plus
