**About the Position**

The Mid-Term Planning Specialist is responsible for creating short
- and mid-term production and capacity plans based on sales forecasts provided by Demand Planners. Working closely with Production Schedulers and Distribution Requirement Planners, and participating in Project Teams, the Mid-Term Planning Specialist ensures the appropriate level of finished goods is maintained in dedicated markets.

You Will:

- Take full ownership of short
- and mid-term supply chain production requirements for a dedicated portfolio of products, leading service, inventory, waste, and distribution while participating in product lifecycle management. To achieve this, you will collaborate with Distribution Requirement Planners, Factory Schedulers, Material Planners, Logistics, Portfolio and Innovation Officers, and Demand Planners in your daily tasks.
- Work closely with the Sourcing Units Planning teams to ensure production plans follow frequencies and sequences that minimize waste and maximize service.
- Take responsibility for capacity planning, developing different scenarios for your portfolio to highlight risks and opportunities, identifying key decision points, and determining the appropriate inventory and volume allocation strategy.
- Maintain accurate system Master Data settings to ensure that the production plan is generated with excellent quality.
- Be part of multifunctional Project Teams working on New Product Developments, Innovations, and recipe and packaging material changes.

**So, What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role?**

You have at least three years of experience in supply planning, preferably within the FMCG industry. You understand and enjoy working with SAP planning tools—ideally SAP IBP, but SAP APO knowledge is also a great foundation. You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data sets. Since you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, fluency in English is required.
