Within the S&T Digital Office/Operations organization, the Performance & Reporting Management team is working effectively in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams with people at all levels. Requested profile must be comfortable in a Business Operations environment, in particular exhibiting the following key skills and abilities:

- Communicate effectively and appropriately
- Create a comprehensive network of internal contacts
- Ability to synthesize information from different sources, make & support recommendations and summarize “big picture” for senior managers

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will have the following key responsibilities:

- **Headcount portfolio management**
- Manage end-to-end headcount plan (HC#), associated financials (budget, actual, forecast) and reporting (Corporate Reporting)
- Review & monitor organization sub-units’ plans with headcount planners (ramp-ups & ramp-downs)
- Interlock with end-to-end recruitment process
- Monitor talent acquisition updates (HR system) and organizational structure evolution (SAP)
- Interlock with insourcing Business Cases management
- Ensure and monitor all activities related to headcount in coordination with countries’ HR
- **IT Consumption Model Contribution**
- Support the IT consumption model consolidation and reporting offering visibility to IT Service & Project related consumption by employee, site (Nokia Locations), organization
- **Performance Management & Reporting tools**
- Actively contribute to the overall Performance Management & Reporting processes & tools evolution

**Your skills and experience**

You have the following essential skills:

- Certified expert in Microsoft Excel
- Dashboards, tables, pivots, formulas, data validation
- Advanced knowledge of process design & data modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI & reporting design
- Advanced knowledge of programming language (SQL, VBA)
- Knowledge of MS suite (PowerPoint,)
- Excellent spoken and written English

It would be nice if you also had:

- Apptio tool knowledge
- Likely to be educated to degree level or MBA
