- We are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Business Analyst and Tester to join our teams in Lisbon.
- In this role you will be responsible for:
-- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements;
- Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Provide support during development and testing.
-YOUR PROFILE-
-- At least 4 years of experience;
- Requirements analysis skills;
- Ability to write functional tests;
- Work experience in scrum methodology;
- Analysts with technical skills are preferred;
- Experience in documenting detailed functional requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
