We are a startup company with an idea of delivering software developers from cost efficient regions to US/UK clients.

We are seeking an innovative digital marketing manager & SMM to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be implementing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Essential Skills
- B2B Tech and IT experience is critical for this role
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, (incl. emerging channels)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovative
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company
- Implement strategy
- Coordinating Copywriter, Dev team, Design
- Promote a business in social media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram)
- Create content for social media (by engaging vendors)
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 4 per week

Pay: From 1,000.00€ per month

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing in IT & Tech: 3 years (required)
