PROJECT MANAGER - REAL ESTATE | VILA NOVA DE GAI

O setor de Real Estate da Teixeira Duarte

Procuramos uma pessoa dinâmica e motivada, com experiência na área da gestão de projetos imobiliários ou direção de obra de edificações, e capaz de criar valor para o negócio, para integrar a nossa equipa de Direção de Projeto na área de Vila Nova de Gaia.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordenar projetos de Arquitetura e Engenharia, garantindo a execução dentro dos prazos e orçamentos definidos;
- Contribuir para a definição do plano estratégico de Produto Imobiliário;
- Gerir processos de orçamentação e contratação de empreitadas;
- Acompanhar processos de licenciamento e articular com as respetivas entidades;
- Participar na definição de estratégias Comerciais e de Marketing, promovendo o posicionamento dos produtos no mercado.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Civil - fator eliminatório;
- Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 anos em gestão de projetos imobiliários ou direção de obra (preferencialmente em habitação) - fator eliminatório;
- Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades;
- Proatividade e orientação para resultados;
- Excelente comunicação interpessoal e espírito de equipa;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações ocasionais (viatura própria).
