**About the Role**

As a Senior UX Researcher, you bring a wealth of experience on how to foster a culture and practice of evidence and knowledge. You thrive in interdisciplinary teams, and believe in a model where everyone in the company is empowered to do research. You are equally comfortable conducting generative, strategic research and supporting colleagues testing propositions, hypotheses and designs. You are a curious and rigorous practitioner of research, and know how to translate your experience into mentoring and supporting others in their research journey.

**Location**

At Dashlane, depending on your role, you'll be able to opt to work from the office or remotely. Due to legal constraints, at the moment Dashlane can only hire remotely in one of the three countries we have offices (Portugal, France and the USA).

This position's location is flexible within France and Portugal, and you can also opt to work in our Paris or Lisbon office. We also offer relocation support.

**At Dashlane you will**:

- Design and conduct research initiatives that help develop and define human/business needs into a coherent set of insights that inform and influence our product and UX strategies
- Uncover deep and relevant insights, and ensure these are translated into actionable outcomes that affect our product design, whether through relevant recommendations or through leading ideation sessions
- Support and mentor colleagues across disciplines through guidance, mentoring, facilitation and the effective management of the knowledge of our customers
- Participate in the development of a scalable, democratized research operation, developing and maintaining processes, tools and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- 2+ years of experience leading, designing, and conducting research activities in a product development context
- Fluent in English

**We're Also Looking For**:

- Experience with ResearchOps practices including knowledge management, participant recruitment and panel management
- Experience conducting product research in both B2C and B2B contexts
- Experience mentoring or advising others, including juniors and non-research practitioners, in research methods
- Ability to effectively communicate research insights to product teams and executive leaders
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Bonus if you have knowledge or awareness of the cybersecurity space
